Ardingly vs Keymer & Hassocks
Div 1

K & H returned to action with a comfortable 6-1 win at Ardingly.

Despite the poor conditions both sides managed to play some decent football with Dan Goodrum having his first run out in midfield involved in most of the action.Rob Kift opened the scoring taking a through ball in his stride and added two more before the break-Ardingly struck back seizing on a defensive mistake and finished in style

Ardingly started brightly in the second half and won a penalty when Ben Watson was adjudged to have handled the ball but the kick was hit high over the bar to deny them a comeback

Stuart Thompson got number four converting a neat header across the box from James Emmens and Kift went on to hit another two to complete an impressive tally for the day.Adam Walker having his first run out of the season was unlucky when a fine effort from outside the box struck the crossbar with the keeper beaten

MOM went to Gary Thomas who worked hard throughout the game
