Forest Row vs Keymer & Hassocks

K & H worked hard for no reward as they went done 1-0 away to Forest Row.
In this their first ever visit to FR they were a bit surprised to find how hard the pitch was which made control and passing a challenge throughout.However both sides went at it from the off as the game became quite physical.Both defences looked comfortable.FR created one half chance at the near post whilst Lewis Taylor might have done better at the other end if he had seen Toby Raftery unmarked to his right with the clear chance of a shot
The second half pretty much mirrored the first with almost no real chances being created until keeper Gary Thomas who had not really put a foot wrong failed to come off his line to gather a through ball and FR took advantage to settle the game.Matt Handy coming on as sub had K & H’s best chance when he rose unmarked to meet a corner but his header drifted over
