Keymer & Hassocks vs Newick

K & H matched their worst ever performance-(away to Turners Hill earlier this season) with a complete shocker at home to Newick who deservedly won 4-2 whilst probably puzzling how their opponents are actually playing in Div 2-on this showing they would probably struggle in Div 10
The game was all over by half time with 3 terrible goals conceded against an enthusiastic Newick who played a nice passing game throughout. Although a little less bad in the second half K & H still managed to set up Newick for their 4th which the visitors took full advantage of
K & H finally got into the game in the last 10 minutes when Troy Raftery pushed up and notched what looked like a consolation with a firm left foot volley but then doubled his tally for the season when he won a penalty and converted it finding the far corner-thereby justifying an MOM award
