Keymer & Hassocks vs Hassocks Whore-nets
Friendly
K & H were invited to a rematch by Hassocks Whorenets in the hope they could improve on last weeks 19-1 scoreline as they had a few new faces in the line up.
As in the previous week they were in the game for the first 20 minutes until K & H found their form reaching the break 6-0 up-one goal less than last week.
The second half was mostly all K & H as they swarmed all over the Whorenets who completely lost their shape and organisation and the goals rattled in at approximately 1 every 3 minutes giving a final tally of 22.
Whorenets did manage to get on the scoreline when keeper Craig Jackson who had little to do lost concentration and let a shot slip through his hands. They also had a 3 decent efforts on target in the closing stages but they were well saved.
Major plus for the Whorenets was a superb display by keeper Bernard Taylor who probably kept the scorline down by no less than 10.
