Keymer & Hassocks vs Peacehaven United

Keymer & Hassocks earned a good result against Peacehaven at the Adastra in Div 3 with a 3-0 victory.
The game was played in an excellent competitive spirit with the visitors having much of the play and working the home defence hard throughout.They could well have got something from the game if that defence- in which Duncan O Reilly earned K & H MOM-was not on top of their game.
K & H opened the scoring when Toby Raftery found Stuart Thompson with a perfectly weighted pass which he coolly dispatched.The second was a long time coming-Craig Jackson hitting a long ball up the flank to Gregor Ross-James Emmens called for and got the ball finishing with a left foot drive.Emmens then put Thomspon in for his second with a cut back from the line.
Peacehaven kept going till the end pulling a great one handed save out of Robin KIng who had another fine game in goal and then working a smart one two which saw the final ball shave the post.
